How far is the sea from the apartments?
The Residence's garden borders the beach. You can walk to the sea, that is 200 metres away, in just 5 minutes, directly from the apartment along a short path inside the residence The path descends 50 metres and winds its way down to the beach in the green of the pristine wild Mediterranean vegetation.
Is the beach equipped?
The beach reserved for the guests of the residence is fully equipped. Each apartment has its own beach umbrella, a sunbed and a deck chair.
Are there shops nearby?
The closest store is 300 metres away. Then there are many supermarkets, butchers, restaurants, caterers, at 400 m, 700 m, 1 km, and 1.5 km. And starting from 300 m away there are restaurants and pizzerias. Also, often local fishermen sell fresh fish directly at the Residence.

The nearest village is San Nicolò di Ricadi and it is 1.5 km away. Tropea is 7 km away and it takes 10 minutes to get there by car. The area is a highly developed tourist centre, so it offers a lots of shops and different kinds of services.
